We’re on the lookout for a Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and team

This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about selling, building high-performing teams, and driving business growth in a fast-moving digital environment. You’ll be hands-on in deals, strategic in planning, and a mentor to your team. We work with clients like Oura, BOSE, and McIntosh helping them build complex digital products at the intersection of hardware and software.

Your Mission

Lead our sales function with clarity, urgency, and purpose. You’ll set the tone, strategy, and execution that enables our agency to win new business, grow strategic accounts, and elevate our brand in a competitive market.

Our offer:

💰 Salary: 15–25k PLN net on B2B + commission

What you’ll do:

  • Own our sales number – manage pipeline generation and revenue growth,

  • Build and lead the sales team (BDRs, SDRs, AEs),

  • Run deal reviews, provide coaching, and support live selling,

  • Lead outbound prospecting and relationship-building efforts,

  • Focus the team on high-value activities, not internal distractions,

  • Sell consultatively – position our value to non-technical buyers,

  • Partner with marketing to optimize inbound leads and messaging,

  • Cultivate a winning, transparent, and high-accountability culture.

Requirements

We’d love to work with someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B services, consulting, or software development,

  • Knows how to scale outbound sales (not just manage inbound),

  • Understands the unique nature of selling dev services (vs. SaaS),

  • Has experience with U.S. clients and knows their buying mindset,

  • Has strong opinions on what great selling looks like,

  • Communicates clearly, directly, and effectively across cultures and time zones.
