Healthcare Project Manager
We’re seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to oversee cross-functional healthcare projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. This role is critical to coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and supporting operational workflows in a healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple concurrent healthcare projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are tracked.
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals, scope, and timelines.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and workflow documentation.
Identify risks, address blockers quickly, and escalate issues when needed to keep projects moving forward.
Use project management tools and reporting dashboards to monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality in last-mile healthcare delivery initiatives.
What You Bring
Proven project management experience in a healthcare setting (provider, hospital, payer, health tech, or similar).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing stakeholders and reporting on progress.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
Comfortable working independently and making decisions that move projects forward.
Fluent in English at a C1/C2 level.
Location
Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines.
Remote role but must be available to work at least 4 hours overlapping with U.S. business hours.
