The HRBP Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to primarily business leaders, local EU executives and secondarily employees, providing strategic and hands-on guidance in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, HR compliance, and local and EU labor laws, codes, rules and regulations.

In addition to strategic HR responsibilities, the HRBP Manager will play a key role in enterprise-level initiatives such as post-acquisition integration and lead system-related projects.
