The Human Resources Business Partner Manager-EU (HRBP Manager-EU) will strategically lead, oversee and ensure the delivery of HR support across DeepHealth’s European operations. The HRBP Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to primarily business leaders, local EU executives and secondarily employees, providing strategic and hands-on guidance in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, HR compliance, and local and EU labor laws, codes, rules and regulations.
In addition to strategic HR responsibilities, the HRBP Manager will play a key role in enterprise-level initiatives such as post-acquisition integration and lead system-related projects. These initiatives require proficiency and strong experience with Human Resources Information system (HRIS) and Human Capital Management system (HCMS) platforms; including system governance, data accuracy, data privacy compliance, and cross-platform process alignment. The HRBP Manager will also play a key role in policy harmonization across EU countries, HR process improvements, and internal audits, while serving as a lead for cross-functional HR program management initiatives.
The HRBP Manager leads, mentors, and oversees local Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure consistent execution of HR strategy across the EU. The HBP Manager acts as a point of escalation for complex HR issues not resolved at a HRBP level. Where HRBP is unavailable or temporarily absent, the HRBP Manager will directly undertake their operational HR responsibilities to maintain a consistent HR service delivery.
This role requires excellent judgment, cultural & ethical awareness, and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The HRBP Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Legal, Finance, and Technology partners, to ensure alignment with DeepHealth’s corporate strategy and HR best practices & policies across the EU.
The HRBP Manager EU will be based in the Netherlands.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for DeepHealth’s leadership team on regional strategy and HR programs.
Oversee and coordinate recruitment efforts for all EU-based roles, partnering with hiring managers and the global talent acquisition team to ensure alignment with regional workforce planning.
Provide advisory support on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management in compliance with local laws and cultural norms.
Provide operational HR leadership and oversight for local HRBPs, ensuring continuity of service in their absence. Serve as a manager, accountable for the quality of their work and supporting their development and growth.
Ensure alignment with and compliance to EU and country-specific labor regulations, partnering closely with legal and local HRBP as needed.
Partner with finance/payroll teams to support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle processes.
Support local HRBP’s and help implement EU-wide HR initiatives, such as policy updates, handbook reviews, and process standardization.
Collaborate with global HR, QA and local stakeholders on compliance audits, benefits alignment, and employment documentation.
Maintain employee records in compliance with (UK) GDPR and internal standards.
Act as liaison for external vendors or advisors in relation to the provision of HR services (e.g. payroll providers, benefits consultants, employment lawyers).
Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture, aligned with both global and local values.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of HR or related experience, with knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR practices in the EU.
Strong knowledge of labour legislation across EU countries, including works councils and cross-border employment matters.
Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch. Additional European languages are a plus.
Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations is an advantage.
Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms.

Working Environment
Hybrid work model, with the expectation of being onsite (both Rotterdam and Amsterdam offices) as needed to support business operations or meetings.
