We are a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. Our people are passionate about creativity, strategy, and results. We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join the HR team and gain valuable experience in the HR field, and overall exposure to a digital marketing agency. As a Human Resources Intern, you will support our HR team in various tasks and projects. While this is an unpaid internship, it is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced, creative environment. REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR, HR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases and files.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR practices.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of office supplies (up to 10–20 lbs.)
  • Frequent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
  • Position may require occasional travel to client site
