Your day-to-day
- Lead and grow a small, high-ownership team of IT Workplace Admins and Engineers.

- Continuously optimize and automate workflows (e.g., Jira automations, scripting, SCIM).
- Balance operational execution with long-term innovation and strategic scaling.
- Foster a strong documentation culture — your work should outlive you and help the next person do even better.
- Support hybrid work setups and ensure frictionless meeting room experiences.
- Champion our values: open to feedback, transparent about what works and what doesn’t, and constantly learning.

- Experience managing both Windows and macOS devices.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira), Intercom, and M365.
- Comfortable with scripting in Bash or PowerShell, and familiar with automation best practices.
- A “can-do” attitude, strong ownership, and persistence in solving problems.
- Great communication and negotiation skills with both teammates and vendors.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with lots of autonomy and responsibility.
