About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Analytics to join our Strategy & Analytics team and support one of Influential’s most high-profile healthcare accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who is passionate about applying data to shape how influencer and content performance is measured, optimized, and scaled.

You will be responsible for translating performance data, platform signals, and audience behaviors into actionable insights that guide creative and creator optimization, inform strategy, and demonstrate impact. You’ll help to oversee analytics across key influencer workstreams, develop best-in-class reporting, and partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with KPIs and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Influencer & Content Analytics Leadership:

Help lead the development of influencer and content measurement strategies that directly align with client’s business and campaign objectives Deliver data-informed insights across creator performance, content engagement, and platform optimization

  • Translate complex influencer performance data into clear, actionable storytelling

Campaign Optimization & Reporting:

  • Own end-to-end analytics deliverables including KPI definition, dashboard oversight, in-flight optimization, and wrap reports
  • Analyze influencer content performance at both post and creator levels, identifying high-impact drivers of performance.
  • Partner with client leads, strategy, and creative teams to provide timely and relevant performance insights to improve ongoing and future work.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building Influential’s analytics practice.
  • Serve as a lead for reporting and insights conversations, acting as a trusted expert.

Healthcare-Specific Expertise:

  • Apply knowledge of healthcare/pharma regulations to ensure influencer content and metrics are tracked and reported in a compliant, accurate way.
  • Advise on measurement best practices for content in regulated environments and co-own processes for ensuring accuracy.

Who You Are

  • 5-7+ years in marketing, digital, or influencer analytics, ideally within an agency or healthcare/pharma setting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven narratives to clients
  • Deep understanding of influencer KPIs, social content measurement, and platform performance metrics
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with tools and technologies including, but not limited to:
    • Programming Languages: Python, R
    • Databases and Querying: Relational databases, SQL
    • Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI
    • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, SQL, MS Access
    • Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel (Advanced Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint
