About Limble

At Limble, we empower the unsung heroes that support the world. We’ve built the #1 Maintenance Management SaaS (CMMS) platform in a billion dollar industry projected to double by 2030. Organizations like General Mills, Unilever, and Rite Aid rely on Limble every day to streamline their maintenance operations, reducing costs and equipping their teams for success.

What sets us apart? Our software is easy to use and we truly care about the success of our customers. They see us as a partner rather than just another vendor. Our incredible team drives this success, consistently going above and beyond to deliver value.

About the Role

We’re seeking a process-driven, analytically minded Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our marketing engine. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, this hands-on role builds scalable processes, drives performance insights, and leverages automation and AI to ensure tightly configured systems, actionable data, and measurable impact. Partnering with demand generation, channel marketing, and sales, you’ll directly accelerate pipeline and revenue outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll be instrumental in building a highly efficient and data-driven marketing engine that seamlessly supports our go-to-market efforts. You’ll know you’re succeeding when marketing campaigns are flawlessly executed, lead nurturing is highly effective, sales handoffs are seamless, and we have clear, actionable insights into performance. Your key contributions will include:

  • Administering and optimizing our marketing technology stack: You’ll ensure HubSpot Marketing Hub is fully leveraged, from workflows and forms to lead scoring and lifecycle stages, and that data flows effortlessly with Salesforce.

  • Driving automation and efficiency with AI: You’ll implement and document marketing automation best practices, actively leveraging AI to optimize systems for seamless campaign execution, lead nurturing, and lifecycle management, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

  • Ensuring data integrity and performance visibility: You’ll establish a clean data foundation through standardized UTM usage, source tracking, and tagging to enable robust attribution and drive strategic insights.

  • Evaluating and integrating emerging marketing technologies: You’ll research and assess new marketing technologies and AI capabilities, using insights from intent and review sources (like G2, ZoomInfo, Clay) to enhance personalization, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization.

  • Providing end-to-end campaign operational support: You’ll manage the execution of multi-channel campaigns across inbound, outbound, and intent-based initiatives, including email, paid media, and events.

  • Optimizing audience and lead flow: You’ll collaborate with demand generation and channel marketing to refine segmentation, scale campaign setup, and manage lead routing logic, leveraging AI and orchestration platforms (e.g., LeanData, Qualified) for seamless sales handoff and clear funnel visibility.

  • Delivering strategic insights and optimizing performance: You’ll partner with the BI team to define key marketing metrics, develop comprehensive reporting and dashboards, and conduct strategic performance analysis to identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance ROI and accelerate pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or a related role within B2B SaaS.

  • Admin-level expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub; you’ve built and managed end-to-end campaign infrastructure.

  • Collaborative & Cross-Functional: Partner with diverse teams to align on objectives, improve processes, and facilitate the adoption of new systems to optimize revenue and business performance.

  • Solid understanding of UTMs, attribution models, and key marketing funnel metrics.

  • Proven experience operationalizing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns.

  • Strong attention to detail with a process-first mindset and a commitment to thorough documentation.

  • Curious, collaborative, and highly motivated to drive measurable impact across the entire revenue funnel.

  • Familiarity with orchestration platforms like LeanData or Qualified for lead flow management and marketing-to-sales handoff.

Benefits:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 OTE (Please note that while we post the full range, most offers will fall closer to the midpoint, based on experience and qualifications.)

  • Fully remote position

  • Stock options

  • 11 paid company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance

  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)

  • Monthly employee wellness stipend
