Salary: Competitive base salary in USD

They specialize in building scalable, data-driven platforms that make it easier for sellers to manage disputes, reporting, and invoicing – all from one place.

The’re expanding our engineering team to accelerate new feature development and improve system performance as we prepare to scale.

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain custom workflows and automations in n8n
  • Integrate various tools and APIs (e.g., Airtable, Slack, Stripe, Notion, Google Sheets, Webhooks, CRMs, etc.)
  • Create internal systems that power client onboarding, marketing automation, reporting, and more
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with team members to map out automation opportunities
  • Document workflows and provide basic training or handoffs when needed

👀 We’re Looking For Someone Who…

  • Has proven experience using n8n in a production or agency setting
  • Understands APIs, JSON, and webhooks like the back of their hand
  • Can think in systems — spotting inefficiencies and automating for scale
  • Is comfortable building both simple and complex multi-step automations
  • Can work autonomously, manage priorities, and communicate clearly
  • Bonus: Familiar with tools we use like Airtable, Zapier, Make, ClickUp, or Retool
