We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon marketplace performance/operations manager to lead our activities across the USA, Europe, UK, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to driving sales, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless operations. This role requires a professional who can manage daily operational tasks and contribute to the long-term growth of our e-commerce business.

What You Will Do πͺ
The Head of Operations will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily sales performance in the USA, EU, UK, and CA marketplaces.
Drive initiatives to obtain and maintain “Best Seller” badges for our products. Track BSR lead daily and take action if competition is getting close.
Manage deal, coupon, and promotion strategies on a daily and weekly basis.
Improve Frequently Bought Together (FBT) positions on a weekly basis.
Assist with sales forecasting for all marketplaces on a weekly and monthly basis.
Track SQP data each week.
Oversee daily stock levels and make sure we are not under or overstocked.
Determine and adjust product pricing as needed, a high-priority task.
Provide Amazon data to other departments as required.
Flag to operations when we need to place new orders.
Requirements
What You Will Bring To The Table π
Min. 5 years proven experience in managing and growing sales on Amazon marketplaces.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC, keyword optimization, and ranking strategies.
Proficiency in using AI to develop and streamline SOPs.
Strong understanding of Amazon’s operational and compliance requirements in North America and Europe.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying frequencies and priorities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals.
Experience with sales forecasting and data analysis.
This is a role with significant responsibility for the company’s performance on Amazon. The successful candidate has to be capable of managing both the strategic and tactical aspects of our online retail operations.
