We provide a multifamily operating system (Venn OS) that connects all stages of the resident journey. Our system helps property managers by integrating search, screening, leasing, move-in processes, payments, communication, service requests, and renewals. This provides a consistent experience for residents and gives operators insights into resident engagement.

The Venn OS includes two main parts: the Resident Management System (RMS), which structures interactions and workflows, and Venn Intelligence, which processes activity data to predict resident needs for a more personalized experience. Our platform helps teams operate efficiently and build strong relationships with residents.

One of our main tools is the Onboarding module, which offers a mobile-first application process. It handles applications and screening (with fraud prevention), approvals, and lease management (integrating with providers like Blue Moon). It also provides dynamic move-in checklists for services and upgrades, and self-guided move-in inspections where residents can add photos and signatures. The Onboarding module collects data to create a Resident360 profile, which we use to design better resident experiences.

We were founded in 2016 and have 122 team members in our New York and Tel Aviv offices. Our platform is SOC 2 Type II certified for data security and reliability. We serve over 1 million residents across 125 cities. Our clients include multifamily operators like Bozzuto, Related, and GID. We plan to expand to 1 million units by 2026.

Our mission is to “Serve millions of residents with the same care you’d show a few close friends.” We started with a focus on building connected communities, which highlights our commitment to fostering trusted relationships and personalized experiences for residents.

We have 122 team members. Our work environment offers both hybrid and remote arrangements, depending on the role. For example, some New York-based positions require 3 days per week in the office, while others can be fully remote. We say we work “with people, for people,” which emphasizes our focus on human connection and community.
