Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and execution-focused Paid Ads Video Editor to support our performance marketing efforts by editing high-volume ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. This role involves producing 200–250 ad variations per week from provided briefs, voiceovers, and footage. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can work autonomously, and thrives in an async environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and deliver short-form ad variations weekly for Meta/Instagram.
Target: ~200–250 ad variations weekly, adjusted collaboratively based on pace and fit.
Create multiple aspect ratios including 1:1, 9:16, and 4:5 as needed.
Produce various cutdowns of each creative (e.g., 40s, 30s, 20s versions).
Work from provided briefs, asset banks, and voiceovers to craft high-performing creatives.
Ensure alignment with our internal content engine and project management workflows.
Collaborate async via Slack and Zoom, with clear communication and adherence to deadlines.
Proven experience editing paid social ad content, preferably for Meta platforms.
Comfortable working with high-output creative volume in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of performance-driven editing and storytelling for social.
Ability to deliver assets in multiple formats and cut lengths.
Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative workflows.
Tool-agnostic – you may use any editing software you’re proficient in.
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in e-commerce or performance marketing.
- Knowledge of current ad trends and platform best practices.
