About the Role
Neo4j is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. This role sits within the Partner Marketing function and is responsible for driving demand and awareness for Neo4j’s joint solutions with top cloud service providers (CSPs), including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate is a strong content creator and skilled program manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging and Strategy: Define messaging, positioning, and awareness/demand generation strategies, fostering alignment and widespread adoption across teams.
- Content Development: Create best practices, solution briefs, web pages, webinars, sales and marketing campaign assets to build pipe and bolster market presence.
- Program Development & Management: Design and deploy partner co-marketing programs that generate pipeline and awareness. This includes campaign planning, timeline coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with partner, product, field marketing, and demand generation teams.
- Performance Tracking: Define success metrics and monitor the performance of partner programs. Use data to optimize and iterate on content and campaigns.
- CSP Engagement: Work closely with cloud provider marketing teams to align joint messaging, co-branding guidelines, and promotional activities. Prior experience working with at least one major CSP is required.
- Internal Enablement: Collaborate with Sales, Partner, and Field Marketing teams to ensure internal stakeholders are enabled with the right assets and messaging for joint solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the enterprise software or cloud ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success creating impactful marketing content across formats and channels.
- Strong program management skills — highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience working with one or more major CSPs (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with partner marketplaces and ISV co-sell motions.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise buyer’s journey and the role of partners in driving adoption.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and project management platforms. (e.g., Marketo, Asana)
The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.
In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
Annual Base Salary Range for This Role
$120,000—$160,000 USD
