Requirements
- 3+ years of Payment or Card operations, customer service, or related experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, ability to use both languages in professional settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Interest in cryptocurrency
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations of Gate Card products
- Handle business partner's requests and follow up with internal requests to business partners
- Monitor customer-related requests on a day-to-day basis and provide ad-hoc summaries and handling procedures
- Monitor and raise customer-related incidents and organize communication with users
- Draft and update customer-facing materials on the website, including banners, user guides, and product descriptions
- Monitor marketing and campaign-related operational issues, including data tracking and customer communication
- Identify and suggest improvements to current operational processes
