As AVP, People Operations, you will serve as a key member of our Agile People Operations team, working in sprints, alongside cross-functional stakeholders, helping design people-first solutions in environments where clarity, structure, and empathy are critical. Deployed to high-impact priorities across the People & Culture function, you will leverage your in-depth employee life cycle expertise to design and deliver strategies relating to organizational design, change management and operational effectiveness ensuring alignment with business goals, operational efficiency, and thoughtful employee experience.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with People Partners to support organizational design, workforce planning, and M&A transitions, ensuring structure and roles align with business needs.
  • Lead change management efforts across Agile initiatives, helping drive communication, adoption, and positive employee experience.
  • Serve as a strategic HR generalist deployed to projects like onboarding redesign, team restructures, or talent planning activations.
  • Act as a consultative partner to senior stakeholders, helping translate evolving business needs into people strategies.
  • Provide support across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—with a focus on consistency, compliance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Agile team members to align system/process changes with policy and lifecycle impact.
  • Conduct risk assessments and stakeholder analysis for organizational shifts; support impact mitigation and documentation efforts.
  • Draft or update related materials (transition plans, manager guides, policy content) to enable execution.
  • Ensure all changes and programs comply with internal governance and external employment regulations.

What You Will Have:

  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational design, restructuring, or M&A people integration efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, transitions, exits).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and project teams.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy in dynamic, fast-paced, and occasionally ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills—able to influence and inform across functions and levels.
  • A mindset focused on improvement, resilience, and delivering people solutions with care.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and experience working in Agile or project-based models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

Base Salary Range

$130,000—$155,000 USD
