The People Operations team is seeking an organized and proactive People Operations Coordinator who is eager to learn and grow within our team! The People Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the People Operations function as needed, including maintaining employee records, onboarding and orientation, invoice reconciliation, and Talent Acquisition support. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their HR skills and contribute to a dynamic organization.
What to expect:
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members, including preparing new hire packets, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assists with Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
- Assist with audits of files and records to ensure compliance.
- Support the payroll process.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and Wellness activities.
- Assist with reference checks and offer administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Support all Vultr team members by providing information on benefits and standard policies.
- Provide general support to the People Operations team, as needed.
Our ideal candidate:
- At least one year experience in a Human Resources / People Operations role (ideal) or administrative position (inclusive of Internships).
- Ideally, an interest in HR as a career, eager to learn and grow within the field.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, G Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets
Compensation:
$15-$22/hour
This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
