The HubSpot Go-to-Market Enablement team is looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Global Programs team. The primary responsibility of the product enablement program manager is to create comprehensive enablement approaches that empower our customer facing teams to have consistent, effective and engaging product conversations with customers at each stage of the HubSpot journey.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with HubSpot’s customer success, product and marketing teams to establish learning priorities primarily surrounding new product releases and pricing updates, develop content strategies and integrate those into HubSpot’s enablement programming (New rep onboarding, ongoing skill development). You will be responsible for iterating and scaling a robust product enablement structure and strategy at a global level.
You will orchestrate the enablement resources available to you (Instructional designers, trainers, enablement partners) to ensure we are building highly impactful product learning experiences that result in a great customer experience.
We are looking for a strategically-minded, proactive, tech savvy individual who can intricately understand our product and market needs for each role within the GTM engine and develop enablement strategies that meet reps where they are.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Conduct in-depth gap analysis across each key customer facing role to determine product enablement requirements
- Create impactful launch programming for new and updated product lines for Customer Success, including drafting learning and content strategy, owning communications, and aligning with Marketing, CS, Product, and Operations.
- Develop and integrate global product enablement strategies into our programs that show measurable impact on rep productivity.
- Ensure product positioning is appropriately included in all enablement programs.
- Participate in GTM planning with Product and Marketing to prioritize enablement efforts for new features and products.
- Translate technical product features into enticing and engaging sales and customer success enablement approaches.
- Design, execute and enhance product focused enablement programs for our global team (e.g. content prioritization, roll out, adoption and knowledge transfer of best practices).
- Maintain and enhance on demand product resources to ensure access to up to date content in our learning systems (Lessonly and Seismic).
- Use surveys to obtain feedback from attendees and prepare results for Sr. leadership and enablement partners to review.
We are looking for people who have:
- 5+ years of experience in product training, L&D or program management roles (Or has demonstrated the ability to scale product training/learning programs in current role)
- Deep understanding of customer facing roles relative to product knowledge (Customer Success)
- Exceptional program management skills in execution, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level communications and relationship management
- The ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Aptitude to translate technical concepts into concise, effective sales and customer success messaging
- Capability to build deep relationships with cross functional teams
- Superior planning, time management and organizational skills
- The ability to effectively manage time zones as this role will support our global teams
- Strong understanding of and experience in working with HubSpot’s products
Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
$118,500—$189,600 USD
