Job Description
We are seeking a Project Scheduler III to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our construction projects, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6.
This position can be fully remote, with travel to project sites and company offices as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain summary-level and detailed schedules for active and proposed construction projects.
- Utilize Primavera P6 to create bar chart and CPM schedules in alignment with project and client requirements.
- Provide regular schedule updates and reporting to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure all scheduling activities adhere to corporate standards and contractual obligations.
- Offer training and support on scheduling tools and best practices to internal teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of industry experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of LEAN construction principles and how they apply to scheduling.
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to project sites across the U.S.
