Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in both automated and manual testing
- Knowledge of programming languages relevant to test automation, such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong written communication skills and can understand complex technical concepts
- Have an eye for design and knows what looks good and doesn't
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment
- Can empathize with the challenges of incident management and interest in developer-focused products
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure that software projects functions as expected
- Execute tests plans to ensure the software we ship to our clients meets an extremely high quality bar
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that quality standards are met
- Seek to understand the WHY behind the features we build
- Execute and help define our automation strategy
