Job Description:

  • This position is an independent contractor role, part-time

  • Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle recruiting and candidate management

  • Recruits applicants for internal and external job requisitions

  • Builds applicant sources by leveraging job boards, community services, internal/external networks, and other sources to find qualified candidates

  • Determines applicant requirements by reviewing the job description/speaking with the hiring manager

  • Works with the organization’s in-house senior recruiters to support the various business requirements and requisitions

  • Responsible for conducting warm/cold calls to potential candidates

  • This role will include sourcing recruiting, scheduling, face-to-face meetings, and metric reporting.

  • Assist with other recruiting needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Can work U.S. time zone (Pacific)

  • Ideally one that has recruited for the U.S. (US-based applicants for US-based clients)

  • Three years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume staffing agency preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s Degree at accredited college/university or equivalent level of experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of ATS Systems (JazzHR, ZipRecruiter)
