Right now, we’re looking for a friendly, driven, and experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

This isn’t your usual sales role.
You’ll be closing deals, yes - but the real focus is on helping business owners figure out what they need, making sure we’re the right fit, and guiding them through the hiring process.
It’s a consultative role, not a pushy one. You’ll lead calls, follow up personally and consistently, improve our communication materials, and help us build a sales process that feels helpful, natural, and genuinely valuable.
We’re growing fast, and this is a key role that will help us scale without relying only on me (Noel) to close every deal.
This role is focused on turning leads into clients - when it’s the right fit for both sides.
You’ll lead Hiring Clarity Calls with business owners to help them understand their hiring needs, explain how we can help, and guide them through the next steps.
It’s never about the hard sell. It’s about clarity, value, and trust.
You’ll follow up consistently, lead smart outreach efforts, and stay close to clients and prospects over time. You’ll also play a big part in improving how we communicate our value - through better materials, processes, and follow-through.
You’ll also be in regular touch with existing clients too, helping them return to work with us again and again as well as getting them to refer people they know to us too.
Most importantly, you’ll help us scale sales beyond just me, building a system that works, and that clients genuinely appreciate.
What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Leading Hiring Clarity Calls with prospects and existing clients in a helpful, consultative style
📧 Following up consistently with prospects and clients on open questions & next steps
🧲 Owning outbound outreach & identifying and connecting with potential clients to generate new leads and calls
🪴 Nurturing relationships over time to keep clients engaged and supported
📈 Spotting opportunities for additional hires and services that support long-term client success
🧰 Improving and maintaining sales materials - slide decks, emails, follow-up docs, etc.
🧪 Testing new ideas to improve conversion - including rapid callbacks and lead magnet follow-ups
📬 Writing clear, personal email copy for outreach and follow-up
📊 Using HubSpot to manage and track activity - leads, follow-ups, deals, and performance data
🖋️ Supporting the admin process when needed, creating contracts and invoices
🤝 Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client handovers
What You Won’t Be Doing:
❌ Cold calling random lists and reading from a script
❌ Selling to clients that aren’t a good fit just to hit targets
❌ Sitting in meetings all day
❌ Working in a silo - we’re a supportive, collaborative team
🕘 Hours: Full-time with strong overlap with US time zones
You’ll work full-time hours with significant availability for US-based sales calls, especially between Tuesday and Thursday. We’re flexible on the exact schedule - as long as you can attend team meetings (currently held late morning UK time) and provide strong overlap with US working hours. We’re thinking of availability through to 9pm Central Europe Time.
There’s room to adjust your hours on quieter days, but overall we’re looking for someone who’s happy to work later in the day to best support our clients and team.

🌍You’re happy to work with strong US time zone overlap, including some later days (e.g. finishing around 9pm CET 2-3 days per week if clients book calls)

🏬 Understanding of agency, ecommerce, or online business environments
What Success Looks Like:
📊 Each month, we’ll look at how many clarity calls you’ve run, how many leads you’ve converted, how strong your follow-up process is, and how you’re contributing to account growth and retention.
You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our impact without relying only on me to close every deal!
