Summary
Join Neocol as a Sr. Salesforce Project Manager to lead client projects, establish comprehensive understanding of client expectations, architect and manage plans to meet goals, and work with internal and client team members to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering Salesforce projects in a consultant capacity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, data migrations, integrations required, Salesforce Billing experience
- Familiarity with technical solutions utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Comfortable with maintaining high utilization in multiple fast paced projects
- Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Client PM to own scope, schedule, budget and coordinate with Neocol team resources accordingly
- Work with internal and Client team members to successfully achieve project objectives
- Work with other Neocol Project Managers to share resources across projects and maintain forecasts
- Clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processes
- Proper escalation and support provided for internal resource needs and oversight
- Occasional travel may be required as part of this position's responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- PM Tool Experience: Salesforce and reporting capabilities, JIRA, Smartsheet, Slack, Google Workspace
- Scrum Master and/or PMP certifications
- Ability to see situations from all aspects and articulate solutions clearly for the best path forward
