We’re growing and so is our team! HubSpot’s Mid-Market Sales team is looking for a Senior Account Executive to unlock growth for companies with up to 500 employees in the ANZ market. What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Account Executive (Mid-Market), you’ll be a trusted partner to medium businesses with up to 500 employees, helping them navigate digital transformation by leveraging HubSpot’s entire product suite. Your role will include:

🔹 Developing New Business – Identifying and engaging with potential customers through proactive and outbound sales strategies.

🔹 Consultative Selling – Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored product demonstrations.

🔹 Building Executive Relationships – Engaging senior-level decision-makers to drive strategic conversations.

🔹 Managing a Pipeline for Success – Tracking and growing your sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

🔹 Collaborating Across Teams – Partnering with marketing, customer success, solution engineering, and tech teams to create the best customer experience.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably working with medium businesses

A consultative sales approach with experience navigating complex sales cycles, ideally with multiple products.

✅ Strong experience in outbound prospecting and generating new business.

Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.

A customer-first mindset, ensuring their success is at the heart of your approach.

A growth mindset, with a passion for learning, adapting, and developing in a dynamic environment.
