The Role:
FINN Partners is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic leader to drive our integrated PR and marketing efforts and elevate our ability to compete for and win integrated RFPs in the travel category. This exciting new role will focus on strengthening our presence in the travel space, combining your expertise spanning advertising, PR and integrated marketing to win and deliver award-winning campaigns that redefine the travel marketing space.

This Integrated Marketing role will focus on creating cohesive strategies that blend marketing and PR to deliver a holistic and dynamic route to market. Experience in creative thinking and proven KPI’s that track visitor numbers is essential with past case studies to prove experience in pitch situations. The role will not only include lead generation and pitch management but also be critical in developing integrated campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, analyzing performance, and collaborating across FINN teams to drive engagement and measurable results across all platforms. We are looking for a strong strategic thinker, someone who is globally minded, a creative leader, and someone who can utilize data to drive results will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that go beyond traditional PR to include advertising, digital channels, content, social media, influencer partnerships, partnerships, events, experiential marketing, and more. Ability to set a clear, ambitious strategy for growing the business while aligning with the team’s strengths and organizational goals is a must.
- Relationship Builder/ Client Acquisition & Growth: Excels at building trust with clients, prospects, and team members, fostering collaboration and creating a positive, motivated environment. Leverage your established network and expertise in the travel industry to identify new opportunities, secure new clients, and deepen relationships with existing accounts.
- Proven Business Development Expertise: Has a strong track record of identifying and securing new opportunities, understanding market trends, and crafting innovative pitches and proposals.
- RFP Expertise: Build strategies to position FINN as a leader in responding to robust multi-tiered RFPs, demonstrating our ability to deliver across PR, marketing, and creative disciplines.
- Team Development: Collaborate with and lead a multi-disciplinary team capable of executing innovative and impactful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and implementation of creative, results-driven campaigns that amplify client visibility, engage target audiences, and drive measurable success.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure FINN remains at the forefront of travel marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with at least 12 years of experience in travel PR, advertising and integrated marketing.
- Extensive and established contacts and relationships in the destination travel and hospitality space.
- Business development experience including sourcing and nurturing leads, casting pitch team and identifying client-service team and a recognized ability to network at the highest level.
- Expertise in crafting integrated proposals and pitches and working on integrated campaigns that include PR, advertising, social, digital, and experiential elements. Being able to maximize the FINN resource network domestically and abroad and ensuring alignment with the goals and ambitions of the agency.
- A creative and strategic thinker who can develop visionary ideas and execute them flawlessly.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas and strategies to clients.
- A passion for travel and hospitality, with a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of this industry.
