We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer who can transform complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions. As AI becomes increasingly central to our products, we’re particularly interested in candidates who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of designing AI-driven experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end design process from research and conceptualization to final implementation
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and craft solutions
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex AI-powered features
- Drive design critiques and present work to stakeholders at various stages
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in product design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes
- Expert knowledge of Figma and modern design tools
- Experience working with React frameworks and understanding of technical constraints
- Excellent prototyping skills and ability to communicate interactive designs
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellence in UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives
- Understanding of AI’s impact on user experience and interaction design
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to perform all the above according to applicable security and privacy best practices while staying up to date with ever-evolving standards in the industry
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and features
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their implications for UX
- Familiarity with AI design patterns and best practices
- Experience designing for uncertainty and managing user trust in AI systems
- Background in designing data-rich interfaces
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Experience with user research methodologies
- History of mentoring other designers
