Fintech sits at the intersection of the customer experience, business strategy, and revenue. Our mission is to power the seamless transactions between HubSpot and our customers through value-driven experiences. With a global market, our technologies need to support modern, rapidly changing requirements and a competitive pricing and packaging strategy, all while serving the complex customer buying and subscription management needs of a B2B SaaS company. We embody all aspects of growth and monetization design thinking in our work to deliver value iteratively and at scale.
As a Senior Product Designer in Fintech, you’ll focus on how pricing and packaging impacts our billing and buying journeys, working closely with finance and revenue strategy partners as well as your product and engineering partners. This product area orchestrates seamless purchasing with and without sales-assisted processes - a unique opportunity to create value for the business as well as end customers at scale! This experience will scale over time to support complex functionality to enables HubSpot’s go-to-market efforts. You’ll be crafting solutions for high impact moments in our internal users’ and our customers’ journey.
Here’s what success in your role looks like
- Co-create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area in partnership with product management and engineering peers
- Drive alignment, set goals, and drive understanding and motivation with your partners and team, leveraging compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs to tell the story.
- Bring AI first concepts to the table in order to align scope, speed, and quality as a driver of outcomes
- Proactively collaborate closely with your team, researchers and content designers to create, refine, and iterate on new and existing experiences
- Own your work. Design autonomously and with customer experience in mind to develop your POV on your design solutions, using our Trellis design system for a fast, efficient process with fewer handoffs.
- Mentor other designers as you play an active role in growing HubSpot’s UX team and culture

Have case studies of your experience in delivering successful, intuitive products and systems with measurable customer and business impact and can tell a clear story.
Proactively collaborate on strategy and vision with partners, leaders, and teams because you understand how your projects align with and advance a company-wide strategy
Hold a high bar for craft quality while owning the end-to-end design process, from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes, and are adept at partnering with engineers to get the details right
Enjoy mentoring, coaching for growth, aligning on goals, and driving accountability at all levels
