As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll precisely qualify leads and strategically drive outbound engagement across mid-market and enterprise segments.

ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

  • Qualify and disqualify inbound leads through thoughtful, value-driven discovery
  • Deliver exceptional first-touch experiences that build trust and reflect Superhuman’s quality
  • Engage mid-market and enterprise prospects through personalized outbound emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages
  • Use social selling and tailored messaging to spark interest and build a strong pipeline
  • Lead discovery calls to deeply understand prospect needs, challenges, and business goals
  • Position Superhuman’s value using a consultative, value-based approach
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to share insights, iterate on strategy, and improve outcomes
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce
  • Constantly seek feedback to refine your approach and improve conversion
  • Help shape team best practices and create moments of surprise and delight for future customers

SOUND LIKE YOU? 🙌

  • Experience: 2–3 years of high-volume outbound SaaS sales or SDR experience, ideally working mid-market or enterprise leads. Consistently generated pipeline and worked across varied personas in complex sales environments.
  • Customer-facing expertise: Comfortable engaging directly with prospects via phone, email, and video to understand their pain points and articulate value.
  • Value-Based Discovery & Selling: You lead discovery conversations that uncover pain, align with goals, and articulate Superhuman’s value in a way that lands with each unique prospect.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Masterful at active listening, uncovering customer challenges, and tailoring your message to speak directly to their pain.
  • AI Enthusiast: You believe AI will revolutionize how we work as well as the experiences that we create for our customers. Driven by passion and curiosity, you leverage AI to dramatically increase your own productivity and the impact of your team.
  • Grit: You have courage, passion, and the ability to persevere towards challenging goals. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and are agile enough to shift your focus to what is most important for our customers.
  • Asynchronous Communicator: You’re effective across various mediums (especially Slack, notion, and email) and can produce and consume detailed written materials as needed without sacrificing speed. You respond quickly and thoughtfully to unblock others and speed things up.

SALARY INFO 💸

Our starting salaries for this role range from $65,000 - $110,000 USD (OTE). The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

You might notice our salary ranges are quite broad - that’s because our talented workforce is distributed across North and South America. We tailor our compensation to each location to make sure we’re competitive in every market.

For team members outside of the US we employ and pay through an Employer of Record (EOR). We take a location-based pay approach and compensation for this role is dependent on several factors such as location, work experience, job-related skills, business needs, and market demands.
