Leadtech is on the lookout for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our BI platforms that empower data-driven decision-making across our organization.

What will you do?

  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust BI infrastructure that supports scalable and reliable data analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless data flow in BI processes.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively manage the health and performance of BI systems.
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BI project deployments while ensuring best practices in version control and documentation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in the BI ecosystem, contributing to continuous improvement in performance and reliability.
  • Ensure that security, compliance, and governance practices are followed for all BI data and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the growth and maturity of the BI capabilities at Leadtech through mentoring and knowledge sharing with team members.
  • Work cross-functionally to introduce BI best practices and improve overall data literacy throughout the organization.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role, with a focus on BI systems and architectures

  • Strong experience with BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and data warehousing solutions

  • Proficient in cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with experience in relevant services

  • Familiar with data pipeline and ETL concepts, tools, and best practices

  • Solid experience in infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform or similar)

  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

  • Knowledge in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL

  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on root cause analysis and troubleshooting methodologies
