Job description

Facet is seeking a Senior Sourcer (Contractor) to join our team in our mission to open up financial advice to millions of underserved people. As one of the fastest-growing financial services companies, we are looking for an exceptional sourcer to bring their recruiting expertise to help us scale both marketing and financial planning teams. The Senior Sourcer will work closely with the People team to source and hire top talent. As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruiting strategy and candidate experience. Please note this role will be a 2-3 month contract working 35-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that will attract top-tier talent.

  • Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Manage sourcing, screening, & qualifying candidates.

  • Partner with Senior Recruiter/hiring managers to find and attract talent in the Certified Financial Planner & Marketing background that reflect Facet’s values.

  • Drive the recruitment process from sourcing top quality candidates and screen them for our open priority positions ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.

  • Use data to report on recruitment metrics to identify trends and provide insights to continually improve sourcing and recruitment strategies.

  • 8+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Available to work a 2-3 month contract with possible extension

  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across multiple teams and functions.

  • Experience with recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other ATS systems.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.

  • Experience working with diverse and underrepresented population is strongly preferred.

  • We have needs in to fill in the area of:

    • Growth Marketing roles
    • Certified Financial Planners (CFP)

Contract Terms:

  • 2-3 Month Assignment (possible extension)
  • 35-40 billable hrs per week
  • $45-$50 Hourly Rate 1099
  • 100% Remote - Work from anywhere in the US
