The Senior Strategic Content Manager (Sr. Manager) is a critical role within Digital Technology Experience (DTX), reporting to the Director, DT Engagement and Communications. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and operations—ideal for someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to refine individual words.
Key Responsibilities
DTX Communications Strategy Lead
Acts as the communications lead for the DTX Vice President, serving as strategic communication counsel for the organization.
Partner closely with the DTX VP’s Chief of Staff driving management and execution of strategic events, communications, and other special projects.
Create, manage, and own the DTX brand and content strategy, including ideation, stakeholder management, and final delivery and ongoing management.
Work across the DTX ecosystem to drive communications and engagement-focused initiatives impacting DTX employees and partners.
Develop high quality content for a wide range of channels and audiences (executives, partners, and end users).
Develop understanding of the inner workings of communication tools, systems, and processes, becoming a SME and driving decisions that strengthen DTX communications infrastructure.
Own ambiguous projects, continuously seeking context that will help you develop well-reasoned, timely solutions.
Build bridges and work beyond organizational boundaries on a global scale.
Develop strategic narratives and communications assets for DTX leadership that advance DTX’s internal brand (e.g., slides, talking points, websites, newsletters, etc.).
Provide end-to-end management of complex project work focused on communications and engagement.
Support the DTX employee experience by developing engaging content, supporting strategic events, enhancing employee recognition programs, facilitating new learning opportunities, and other projects and initiatives.
DT Engagement and Communications Support
Work to support and execute projects as assigned by the Director, DT Engagement and Communications.
Partner with key stakeholders and leadership to provide strategic counsel regarding the creative process, understand their pain points and objectives, and consult on potential solutions. Communicate key updates, risks and plans to stakeholders and cross-functional partners, including senior management.
Support the DT employee experience by developing engaging content, supporting strategic events, enhancing employee recognition programs, facilitating new learning opportunities, and other projects and initiatives.
Strategic Content Recommendations
Partner with adoption strategists, change managers, and other DT and DTX partners and stakeholders to provide content writing and other support.
Partner closely with Senior Visual Communications Designer act as the representative of the creative team, building effective partnerships with the company creative team, and all internal and external partners.
Lead end-to-end creation of creative deliverables to increase awareness and understanding, achieve strategic alignment and fulfillment, increased user comprehension and adoption, ensure strategic alignment across creative deliverables, and maintain connection and intention across deliverables and initiatives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- A self-driven team player who confidently connects dots to drive communications and manages multiple projects at once while maintaining a laser focus on priorities.
- A poised professional comfortable advising executive and building consensus while juggling multiple priorities and tight timelines without compromising quality

Requirements for the role:
- 8+ years in corporate communications including writing and editing
- 8+ years of experience in global and cross-functional program management
- Experience executing complex, high-profile strategic communications from end to end, preferably in the tech space
- Excellent communications, program management, and stakeholder management abilities, including excellent persuasion and presentation skills
- Advanced level MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and creative development skills to rapidly develop visually and verbally engaging deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
