The job is for a Bilingual Social Media and Marketing Assistant working remotely in Latin America. The candidate should have C1/C2 English and Spanish language skills, at least 1 year of experience in administrative and social media roles, and a college degree. Responsibilities include helping with the client's to-do list, online research, managing emails and calendars, making travel arrangements, creating and posting content on various social media platforms, and more. Requirements

  • C1/C2 English and Spanish language skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative and social media roles
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
  • Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Helping with the client's to-do list
  • Online research
  • Managing the client's calendar, email inbox, and CRM
  • Making travel/flight research and reservations
  • Making presentations and documents
  • Working with online accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Shopify, Amazon, online stores, etc.)
  • Creating, scheduling, and posting content
