We are looking for a Software Engineer- AI to join Gen AI team within the Nexxen Engineering Group in Tel Aviv. You will join a team that developing Nexxen’s next-generation Conversational Agents, designed for seamless integration across our platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute expertise and guidance to a Gen AI team in developing conversational agents. Support the team roadmap, facilitate team collaboration, and oversee software project execution.
- Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
- Work closely with different stakeholders; including developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes.
- Lead the development of Conversational Agents, from concept design to production deployment.
- Explore and research advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.
What You’ll Bring
- BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
- 4+ years of experience in building customer - facing full-stack applications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python - A must!
- Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies - A must!
- Experience with Langchain or Langraph - A must!.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in designing agentic workflows - an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for impacting engineering teams, products, and customers.
