Our executive search firm (Keller Executive Search) is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team. This remote position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge software solutions, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to impactful projects. We are looking for a problem solver with a passion for technology and a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

  • Work with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in software development.

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data structures.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

  • Previous experience in a fully remote work environment.

  • $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.
