Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our telecom sales and customer service organization. This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing go-to-market strategies that align with Voyant’s vision and goals. The VP of Sales will report directly to the President and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of regional and national sales leaders and account executives.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and results.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Voyant’s footprint.
Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to executive leadership.
Represent Voyant at industry events, conferences, and with key clients.
Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the telecom or unified communications industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling sales organizations.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing direct reports.
Deep understanding of telecom technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
