Keller Executive Search, a leading headhunting firm is looking for a Virtual Project Manager specializing in construction. Lead and coordinate construction projects remotely using digital tools and platforms. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication while ensuring project success through virtual collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects through digital platforms
Coordinate with on-site supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Review and approve project documentation and change orders
Lead virtual team meetings and progress reviews
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Resolve project conflicts and maintain risk management plans
Generate reports and analytics for project tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years construction project management experience
PMP certification
Experience with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.)
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations
Proven remote team management experience
Excellence in digital communication and virtual collaboration

Base salary: $95,000 - $135,000 DOE
Annual performance bonus: 10-20%
