360Dialog is the leading WhatsApp platform for Independent Software Providers. We are hosting the WhatsApp channels for more than 800 software solutions and 45000+ B2B clients. As a bootstrapped and profitable company with no investors in the cap table, we are free to do what makes sense from the business, tech, and product perspectives. Our mission is to enable businesses to not only adapt messaging channels but also use them for performance use cases and drive revenue through them. We love to use state-of-the-art engineering methods all over the place, in software development and tech operations, but you will also find them in non-tech areas throughout the whole organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with agencies and enterprise clients to turn WhatsApp into a measurable performance and growth channel.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, and business data to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations across acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion to improve client outcomes.
  • Design scalable WhatsApp growth strategies tailored to different industries, use cases, and business objectives.
  • Build performance measurement frameworks that connect marketing activities with real business outcomes and ROI.
  • Guide clients in defining meaningful KPIs, attribution models, experimentation roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Lead strategic performance reviews and executive business reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with agencies, Meta, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client adoption through new use cases, automation, integrations, and product capabilities.
  • Educate agencies and clients on Performance Messaging through workshops, enablement sessions, and strategic consulting.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, Meta products, AI, and emerging messaging technologies to continuously evolve best practices.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks, frameworks, benchmarks, and case studies that help scale client success across the organization.

Budget

The budget range for this role in Senior position is 4.000,00 EUR/Month – 8.000,00 EUR/Month, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements
