Our process is straightforward: first, you confirm basic information to get personalized offers. Then, a dedicated loan specialist helps you choose the best option. Finally, funds are quickly disbursed once you e-sign the documents. We aim to simplify the lending process for everyone.

Our team of 51 to 200 employees works in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Collaboration is key; sales reps and agents work alongside our business development and verification teams. Product managers collaborate closely with engineering, operations, strategy, and executive teams to develop our products.

We support remote or hybrid work arrangements, with some hybrid roles based in Downtown Chicago. We look for self-starters who can balance new initiatives with maintaining existing systems. Clear communication across all teams is important.

• Base pay with uncapped monthly commissions and performance incentives. Some roles may have an hourly base (e.g., $20-$24/hour) or an annual salary (e.g., $120,000-$150,000/year), plus an annual bonus. Monthly incentives are often tied to conversion and efficiency.
