We are a digital marketing agency founded in Lithuania in 2022, with a team of 11-50 employees. We help businesses grow online and get new customers. Our services include search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, content marketing, and mobile & app marketing. We create strategies to improve search rankings, build brand authority with content, and develop unique branding. We focus on building credibility, fostering communities, and using data in our marketing. We work with all types of businesses, from small businesses to large corporations.

Our team consists of experienced digital marketers with experience in both traditional and digital marketing. Employees can work remotely two days per week and from anywhere worldwide for up to 30 days per year. We offer supplemental health insurance, including dental care, gym memberships, and other wellness benefits. Employees receive two fully paid sick days and four paid personal days each year. We organize monthly team-building activities. We provide complimentary food and snacks in the office, along with perks and IT discounts for all staff. We offer professional development opportunities, including conferences and training programs. For specific roles, a monthly base salary of €1200 - €1600 (gross/month) and a KPI-driven bonus plan paying up to €1300 (gross/month) are available. Lithuanian language proficiency is not required. We welcome international candidates with the right to work in the EU. For eligible international candidates in some roles, we provide relocation support to Vilnius, Lithuania.
