We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who confidently manages budget & performance and sets the right hooks, messages and trends for the German market with a strategic-creative flair. You will work directly with our performance & creative team and build a content and community strategy together with our CRM & influencer team. ๐ช๐
Responsibilities
Annual and monthly budget planning & allocation (Google, Meta, Influence, Refer- a- Friend program)
Optimization of the channel mix while testing & scaling new channels
Offer x Funnel x Creative: You think holistically from target group insights to post-purchase marketing
Trend scouting (TikTok/Meta/YouTube) & briefings for the creative team/freelancers together with the French marketing team
Hypothesis-driven testing for messages, formats and creatives
You set up a new brand strategy based on market insights, quantitative and qualitative consumer insights
Leading & coaching 3 team members:
- Influence Manager: Manages relationships with influencers, develops campaigns, and leverages partnerships to boost brand awareness and conversion.
- CRM Manager: Oversees customer relationship management systems, analyzes customer data, and implements strategies to improve retention and loyalty.
- Organic Content & Community Manager: Creates and curates engaging content while nurturing and growing the brandโs online community through authentic interactions.
Interdisciplinary collaboration with the French marketing team, especially on Google & Meta ads
Application process
- First short digital meeting to get to know each other
- Case study & getting to know the team in our office in Berlin-Mitte
- Digital meeting with our French Head of Marketing or CMO
Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing (Google, Meta and/or other growth channels) in a startup/scale-up environment, including budget management & leadership responsibility
Data-driven & structured mindset: you implement A/B-tests and work confidently with complex dashboards and Google Sheets; SQL comfort an advantage
Experience with launching new channels: test & learn mindset
Strong knowledge about creative trends in the German market & ability to translate trends into actionable campaigns
Creative & analytical: You find hooks, brief strongly, evaluate UGC/video based on performance signals. We are looking for a hands-on manager who occasionally shoots products, organises photoshoots, and actively nurtures our online community.
German C1 and English C1 for collaboration with the French team
