We offer a link-in-bio tool for creators, businesses, and individuals to manage their online presence. Our platform lets you create one customizable link that connects to all your content across social media, websites, and online stores. This includes tools for customizing your Linktree page, creating QR codes for offline use, and analytics to see audience engagement, revenue, and conversions. You can also make money through affiliate links and direct product sales.

We were founded in 2016 by brothers Alex and Anthony Zaccaria and Nick Humphreys. We created the link-in-bio concept to help people manage their many social media links. Over 70 million people worldwide use Linktree. Our headquarters are in Melbourne, Australia, with other offices in Sydney, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. In 2019, CNBC named us to their “Upstart 100” list, and Fast Company included us in their “Most Innovative Companies of 2020” for Social Media.

Our team includes developers, designers, marketers, and business operations professionals. We are a globally distributed team with members across Australia, the EU, and the US, and offices in Melbourne, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. We cultivate an empathetic, inclusive culture that values collaboration and support. We work to ensure every individual’s voice is heard and appreciated.

We embrace remote and flexible work, offering either fully remote or a hybrid approach depending on the team and location. We also run a program called “Linkie Leaps” where teams can meet in person for collaboration and bonding.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package to our employees. A flexible benefit gives each employee $7,000 AUD / $4,900 USD annually for wellness, growth, lifestyle, and social impact expenses, such as gym memberships, courses, childcare, pet insurance, and green energy initiatives. We provide 18 weeks of parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents. This includes a return-to-work program with backup childcare support and a stipend for related expenses. We also offer support for pregnancy loss and other hardships.

Our Transpositive Inclusion Policy includes gender inclusion training for all employees, a mental health support stipend for trans and gender diverse employees, and financial support and leave for gender affirmation consultations and procedures. Our mental health and well-being support includes access to tailored counseling through Mindfit, a Calm subscription, and 10 mental health days.

We are a flexible, asynchronous workplace, operating with fully remote or hybrid approaches. This includes “Linkie Leaps” for in-person team collaboration. For social impact, we offer 20 hours of volunteering and mentorship leave per team member. We also commit 1% of our revenue to social good causes, having gifted over 5,500 lifetime Pro plans to non-profits.
