We provide a link-in-bio tool that lets individuals and businesses share, curate, and sell their content online using one customizable URL. Users can connect content from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.

Our platform helps users create and personalize Linktrees, share them via unique URLs and QR codes, and see how their audience engages, track revenue, and monitor conversions. We also include monetization features for collecting revenue from affiliate links and direct product sales.

Alex and Anthony Zaccaria, and Nick Humphreys founded Linktree in 2016 to simplify managing multiple bio links. We are headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, with offices in Sydney, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Over 70 million people worldwide use Linktree, including creators, influencers, small businesses, athletes, and musicians. CNBC named Linktree to its “Upstart 100” list in 2019, and Fast Company listed us among the “Most Innovative Companies of 2020” in Social Media.

We have a team of developers, designers, marketers, and biz ops across Australia, the EU, and the US. Our work environment is flexible and asynchronous, with operations primarily based out of Australia, London, and the US, and offices in Melbourne, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Teams can work fully remotely or use a flex hybrid approach. We are piloting a “Linkie Leaps” program for in-person collaboration and team events.

We cultivate an empathetic and globally-minded culture where every voice is heard. We support continuous growth and inclusion through training, workshops, events, and community initiatives. We also care about social impact: every team member gets 20 hours of volunteering and mentorship leave, and we commit 1% of all revenue to social good.

We offer a flexible benefit of $7,000 AUD / $4,900 USD annually. Employees can use this for personal wellness, growth, lifestyle, and social impact expenses like gym memberships, courses, childcare, pet insurance, or green energy initiatives.

Other benefits include an 18-week parental leave policy for birthing and non-birthing parents. This policy also features a return experience program with backup childcare support and a stipend for related expenses. We provide time off for those experiencing pregnancy loss or other hardships.

Our Transpositive Inclusion Policy includes gender inclusion training for all employees, a mental health support stipend for trans and gender-diverse employees, and financial support and leave for gender affirmation consultations and procedures. Employees get access to tailored counseling through Mindfit, a Calm subscription, and 10 mental health days per year.
