Created in Lyon in 2016 by three French entrepreneurs, Agicap is one of the fastest scale-ups in Europe, with over 8000 customers, 650 employees and fast revenue growth (7x between 2021 and 2024). Agicap is part of the French Tech 120, rewarding the most promising startups in France.
Agicap allows Finance teams of Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash, pay their suppliers and get paid. By combining a Treasury Management System, and Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions into a single platform, Agicap aims at becoming the next leading Treasury Management platform for mid-market companies.
We have raised €145M since our creation, with prestigious VC funds including AVP, Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin, with a last round in November 2024.

Our Values
Cross-border bank payments are one of fintech’s least glamorous and most unforgiving problems — a maze of protocols (EBICS, SWIFT, Editran, banking APIs), formats (ISO 20022, CFONB), and banks that all do things their own way. We’re looking for a PM who finds that exciting rather than exhausting. You’ll own the strategy, dig deep into what 8,000+ international mid-market clients actually need, and turn that complexity into payment infrastructure efficient.
You’ll own payment strategy end to end — from how money actually moves across borders to the commercial terms we negotiate directly with banks. Your job is to design what bank payments look like at Agicap on an international scope, and you’ll have the mandate to do it.
⚡️ As a PM, your mission will be to:
- Develop new products and features by analyzing data, conducting user interviews, studying the competition, and leveraging input from cross-functional teams to uncover new opportunities
- Become the bank payments expert in Agicap
- Work with Tech, Design, Sales, Support, and Data teams to continuously turn insights into opportunities, hypotheses, tests, and features that win over our 8,000+ international clients and directly fuel Agicap’s growth
- Set quarterly business and product objectives for your squad (in collaboration with the CEO, CPO, and CTO)
- Build your squad’s product roadmap based on Agicap’s strategic objectives
- Own the quality and delivery timelines of the features your squad ships — we love an MVP approach
- Build a strong relationship with Tech and Design to deliver innovative features on tight timelines
- Continuously measure and track the impact of the features your squad develops

⭐ Who we’re looking for:
Must-have
- Product or pre-sales experience with corporate-to-bank channels: EBICS, SWIFT (corporate side: FileAct, gpi), H2H, corporate banking APIs
- Payment and reporting formats: ISO 20022 (pain / camt), CFONB, ideally MT
- Understanding of VOP challenges (Verification of Payee, 2026–2027 compliance) and the ISO 20022 migration
- Ability to engage with treasurers / CFOs on the client side and Cash Management teams on the bank side
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of local specifics (CBI in Italy, FedNow/Fedwire/ACH in the US, DACH region)
- Exposure to cash management platforms or TMS (Kyriba, Sage XRT, Trovata, Datalog…)
- You’ve launched products that delivered meaningful business results and real value for users
- You have strong analytical skills and approach topics with curiosity and methodological rigor
- You have excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders, carry a vision, and clearly articulate user value and business impact
- You’re used to working directly with developers and designers
- You’re comfortable listening to and communicating with external stakeholders
- You bring a strong sense of ownership
- You’re fluent in English (French or German or Italian is a plus)
