About the Role
We are looking for 1-2 part time (up to 20 hrs/week) Facilitator, Programs at The AI Education Project (aiEDU) in the Mid-West and West Coast with potential support for other regions as needed. You will work closely with our Sr. Leads to advance AI literacy for students by developing and supporting partnerships with school districts and education agencies across multiple states. Your primary focus will be on fostering robust relationships with partners ensuring the effective delivery of our services.
You will be the key liaison between aiEDU and our partner school districts. Your responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and leadership as well as tailoring our offerings to meet the specific requirements of each district.
As a member of the small aiEDU team, your leadership will be critical to the growth and success of the organization. This role reports to the regional Director, National Programs with project-specific management by relevant regional Sr. Leads.

- Role type: This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly role.
- Location: Fully remote. Some travel within the United States may be required; travel expenses will be reimbursed.
- Compensation: This is a part-time, non-exempt hourly role at up to 20 hours per week depending on projects assigned. Compensation will be $75 per hour.
- Benefits: This is a part-time role which is not benefits-eligible.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
- Contract length: September 2026 -June 30, 2027 with potential for extension.
✅ Your Responsibilities (percentages fluctuate during the year and over time):
Service Delivery
- Maintain strong Senior-level relationships within partners to become a trusted facilitator on AI Readiness strategies and AI Literacy approach, seeking and incorporating partner feedback and ensuring strong experiences for participants
- Lead partnership services including professional development trainings, working groups, PLCs/communities of practice, and providing curriculum support with high satisfaction and impact results
- Coordinate with Learning Team and other internal teams to ensure service delivery is high quality
- Lead data collection and reporting for all partnerships, including for funder or grant reporting tied to partnership delivery
Organizational Leadership
- Collaborate across teams to bring the best of aiEDU to each partner including: Learning Team who designs our materials and professional learning content, External Team who works on communications and engagement of funders, and Operations Team who manages our grant and financial reporting
- Contribute to all aspects of making aiEDU a strong organization as we grow

- Bring significant years of experience in education and/or education technology
- Have experience working at a school district or education agency
- Demonstrate strength in relationship building with educators at all levels
- Have a working knowledge and experience with AI and AI Readiness in school districts and/or state level entities
