Founded in 2006, we are a WBE-certified staffing and recruiting firm. We offer recruitment services across North America, including in-house recruitment where one of our employees works on-site to find talent, global recruitment for international searches, and freelance recruitment to source talent and manage payroll for short-term projects.

We also provide business consulting, HR consulting, training and coaching, succession planning, and employee cultural audits.

We focus on marketing and sales recruitment, filling roles such as Creative Director, Director of Operations, Project Manager, and SEO Account Manager for various clients.

AIP Connect is a remote-first organization with a global team. It has offices in Toronto (head office), Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, and Halifax in Canada, and Virginia in the USA.

The team includes an Executive Search Team and an AIP Staffing Team. Key members include Nicol Kalman, CEO & Founder, along with Partners, VPs, Senior Recruitment Managers, Senior Recruitment Specialists, Managing Directors, and Talent Acquisition Consultants.
