We founded AlfaDocs.com in 2016 to offer a 100% cloud-based software platform for health professionals. Our focus is on digitalizing, centralizing, and automating the patient journey for dental practices, medical specialists, and polyclinics.

Our platform’s features include automated online booking, communication automation (reminders, campaigns, satisfaction questionnaires, WhatsApp integration), digital document management (anamnesis, clinical diary, invoices, X-rays), automated patient acceptance with digital signature (FOCA), and real-time financial analytics.

More than 10,000 health professionals in Italy use AlfaDocs, managing over 4.5 million patients and scheduling 23 million appointments. In 12 months, our platform helped generate 650 million in turnover from these practices. We operate in the Software Development industry and have 51-200 employees.

We offer a fixed salary plus a variable component equal to 15% of the fixed salary. Employees also receive a monthly welfare bonus.
