We own and manage the data stack, consisting of Fivetran, Stitch, dbt, BigQuery and Tableau. In addition to technical leadership, we partner across departments to raise the analytics bar, drive operational improvement, and support growth. Our work spans BI dashboards for business and executive users, ML models for critical business challenges, and data & infrastructure to support our AI engineers.
About the Role:
This Data Analyst will be a critical member of the team as we build data models, reporting and dashboards, and deliver deep insights aimed at accelerating the growth of the company on our way toward a successful IPO. This role will partner with people across the company (Product Engineering, AI Research, Content, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to tackle key strategic, operational, and technical initiatives while building systems that will help us scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and performant BI solutions in Tableau, transforming business requirements into intuitive dashboards that serve as a single source of truth.
- Champion and uphold our development standards for data and analytics, ensuring new work is high-quality, maintainable, and consistent through documentation and peer review.
- Drive user enablement and adoption of our BI capabilities by creating clear training materials, leading workshops, and providing expert support.
- Proactively apply AI-powered features and tools to automate insights, enhance our BI capabilities, and increase team efficiency.
- Partner with senior analysts to contribute to our core dbt data models, building the reliable data foundations necessary for scalable reporting.
- Serve as a primary data partner for your stakeholders, guiding them to effectively leverage our BI solutions and promoting a self-service culture.
- Investigate business problems through data exploration, with a clear focus on identifying opportunities to create new, scalable reporting assets.
- Support critical ad-hoc data requests as needed, with a mindset toward identifying opportunities to automate and transition them into our suite of BI tools.
Who You Are
You are a reliable, self-directed analyst who has mastered the core skills of your craft and is ready to take on more project ownership. You appreciate the value of standards and are motivated to uphold and contribute to best practices that improve the quality and consistency of the team’s work. You are a strong partner to both business stakeholders and senior team members, capable of turning requirements into well-executed data solutions. You are focused on professional growth and are eager to apply your skills to drive enablement and deliver a tangible business impact.
The minimum qualifications for this role include:

- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating complex data.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining reports in a data visualization tool (Tableau strongly preferred).
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently on well-defined projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to partner with stakeholders and explain data concepts clearly.
