Founded in 1987, we develop TrakSYS, a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) platform. Our software provides real-time tools for managing manufacturing operations and performance globally. TrakSYS helps manufacturers digitize workflows, unify data, and execute operations across their value stream. It aims to improve asset utilization and efficiency, increase capacity, reduce production costs, and decrease lead time, ultimately enhancing profitability without disrupting production.

TrakSYS is a modular MES designed for rapid return on investment (ROI), scalability, and operational excellence. It offers real-time visibility, control, and collaboration by connecting equipment, systems, and teams, bringing plant data into a single, contextualized source. We achieve this by digitizing workflows and providing real-time monitoring, KPIs, and alerts. Our expertise includes manufacturing performance, operations management, business and manufacturing intelligence, asset utilization, production efficiency, and automation software.
