Role Overview
- We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and revenue growth across key segments. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with Sales and Growth Product teams to turn marketing into a measurable pipeline.
- You’ll collaborate with a Marketing Manager, designer, and freelance contributors (content writer, SEO specialist). This is a high-impact IC role with potential to grow into a marketing leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO & GEO strategy to grow organic traffic and discoverability
- Content production and distribution across channels
- Landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Lead generation from events and webinars
- Paid acquisition where ROI can be demonstrated
- Segment-specific go-to-market motions
KPIs
- Primary: Number of experiments, account score growth & qualified leads for Sales
- Secondary: Organic traffic, funnel conversion rates
Experience
- 3+ years in growth/demand gen in B2B SaaS (required)
- Mobile app or gaming industry experience (strong plus)
- Product marketing experience (strong plus)
- Remote startup experience, European time zone
Tools (must-have)
- Amplitude, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
- Google Sheets (with Apps Script)
- Asana, Slack, Intercom
Skills
- Growth mindset
- Data-driven, strong analytical and reporting skills
- AI-proficient for content, research, and automation
- A/B testing and CRO experience
Languages
- Fluent English (required)
- Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, or German (preferred)
