Join Aprio’s  Tax team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join their dynamic team.
Aprio’s tax professionals are committed to exceptional client service as well as developing and implementing strategies that can reduce our clients’ tax bills. Our Tax Professionals are responsible for the delivery of tax services for multiple clients in a variety of industries.

Position Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Associate in Aprio’s Global Mobility Tax department, you will:
- Prepare US income tax returns for individuals, including but not limited to, inbound and outbound expatriates.
- Prepare tax equalization, tax hypothetical calculations, gross-up calculations, conduct tax briefings, etc.
- Research on various individual tax matters.
- Research on tax treaties along with drafting written memorandums
- Communicate with clients on tax issues.
- Work closely with partner/senior managers/managers on tax projects.
- Handle other assigned tasks.
Qualifications Needed:
- 3-5 years of recent experience in US Federal income tax consulting and compliance gained within public accounting, or related industry experience
- Experience in Global mobility tax, US individual income tax or US International informational reporting for complex international forms such as Form 5471, Form 8865, etc.
- Exceptional Verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of tax software and related technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
