Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a UX Researcher & Designer to join our team working on lending applications within an investment banking environment.
You will help design complex internal enterprise tools used by bank employees, including dashboards, task management systems, SLA monitoring, notifications, collaboration features, and other data-heavy workflows.
The role has a strong focus on UX research, user understanding, and designing efficient experiences within an existing enterprise design system. This is not a “creative freedom” role: consistency, usability, and working within established constraints are key.
You will collaborate closely with UX Leads, business analysts, product owners, and developers, while maintaining autonomy on your topics.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct generative and evaluative UX research (interviews, observations, usability testing)
- Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Design user flows, information architecture, and complex enterprise workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups in Figma
- Work within an existing design system and established UX patterns
- Ensure UX/UI consistency across the platform
- Present and defend design decisions with stakeholders
- Occasionally support adjacent tasks such as PowerPoint presentations or communication assets
Qualifications
- Mid/senior experience in UX research and/or UX design
- Strong interest in UX research and analytical problem solving
- Comfortable designing complex, data-heavy enterprise interfaces
- Good working knowledge of Figma and enterprise design systems
- Experience with usability testing and user interviews
- Able to work within established constraints and processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Calm, professional, and assertive in demanding or political environments
- Curious about investment banking and operational workflows
- Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent)
