Job Description

At ASOS, Product and Technology are central to how we simplify the business, improve experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, and create the capabilities needed for future growth. Our teams work across business process, data and technology to solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

We are undertaking a significant transformation as we move from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics and rethink how colleagues and partners interact with enterprise platforms, including through automation, AI-enabled experiences and agentic workflows.

As a Product Manager at ASOS, you’ll work across functions to define meaningful outcomes, simplify how the business operates and lead teams from discovery through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

You’ll join our Fashion Product Team, which supports internal customers across business, operations and supplier functions. The team’s broad remit spans the products, platforms, data and processes that help colleagues and suppliers work effectively across the product lifecycle, from product and supplier setup through ordering, inbounding and operational support.

This role follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation that you will work on-site from our London office three days per week, enabling close collaboration with business, operational, product and technology teams.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to focus on purchase order management, intake management and the transition from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics. You’ll work in a cross-functional team to improve how POs are created, validated, approved, amended and monitored, and how stock progresses from order through handover, booking, inbounding, receipt and exception resolution. You’ll help simplify operational processes, improve visibility and controls, and shape how business users interact with Dynamics and supporting agentic experiences.

  • Independently define the vision, roadmap, direction and measurable outcomes for PO and intake management, validating hypotheses and plans with other Product Managers, business teams and key stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery with Buying and Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, warehouse, supplier-support and technology teams to understand operational needs and pain points.
  • Map and simplify end-to-end PO and intake processes, including creation, validation, approval, amendments, handover dates, readiness, inbounding, receipt and query resolution.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and prioritised delivery increments for Dynamics, integrations, reporting and agentic tools.
  • Use data and operational insight to identify problems, test hypotheses, validate priorities and measure improvements in process efficiency, accuracy, visibility and stock availability.
  • Act as the day-to-day product partner for Engineering and delivery teams, making informed trade-offs and maintaining clarity on scope, dependencies and outcomes.
  • Keep senior stakeholders informed of progress, risks and decisions, and challenge requests constructively where they conflict with agreed outcomes or introduce avoidable complexity.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager or comparable product role working on operational, supply chain, retail or enterprise products.
  • Evidence of independently defining product direction and roadmaps, while validating assumptions and plans through collaboration with peers, users and stakeholders.
  • Experience with purchase orders, intake, inventory, inbound logistics, supplier operations or related retail processes is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential; exposure to Oracle or another major ERP is also beneficial.
  • Strong process-analysis skills and evidence of simplifying complex or manual ways of working.
  • Ability to move between operational detail and technical delivery conversations, translating clearly between business and technology teams.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders as well as operational users, with the judgement to challenge constructively and push back respectfully when needed.
  • Comfort using data and evidence to inform priorities, define success measures and support decisions.
  • A curious, proactive approach and the ability to learn unfamiliar domains quickly.

Additional Information

  • Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
  • ASOS Develops (personal development opportunities across the business)
  • Employee sample sales
  • Access to a huge range of LinkedIn learning materials
  • 25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special moment
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • Private medical care scheme
  • Flexible benefits allowance - which you can choose to take as extra cash, or use towards other benefits
